Turf King Kingston - Programs

Turf King Kingston is in the process of becoming IPM Accredited. (Integrated Pest Management). IPM is the approach that combines the monitoring of lawn pests (insects, weeds and diseases) and the use of all available control methods (chemical, biological, cultural and mechanical) to best manage the control of pest infestations with the least impact on public health and the environment.

ALL OF OUR LAWN CARE PROGRAMS ARE ORGANIC BASED

Our three basic programs are called BUDGET, PREMUIM and TLC. Because we are becoming more involved in Lawn Renovations and because of practicing IPM, most of our programs are now MODIFIED programs. Anytime we add Grub, Crabgrass, Vegetation, etc. controls we call it a Modified program.

BASIC PROGRAMS:

BUDGET: Spring fertilizing with Kelp, Spring noxious weed control, Summer fertilizing with Kelp, Fall noxious weed control and Fertilizing with Kelp. (weed control spot treated or as needed)

PREMIUM: Same as BUDGET but with added summer INSECT MONITORING. (weed and insect control as needed)

TLC: Same as PREMIUM but with added CORE AERATION. (weed and insect control as needed)

Corn-Tastic: A corn gluten meal-based product which is purely organic. It is an excellent slow release fertilizer which provides many benefits to your lawn.

ALL properties are unique and need to be carefully assessed before a proper program can be recommended. For this reason most of our products are indeed modified or individualized programs.
